Sharing someones personal information without their consent use
Law 1 Obscene publications Act 1959 and 1964
this law makes it an offence to publish, whether to gain or not, any content whose effect will tend to 'deprave and corrupt' those likely to read see or hear the matter contained or embodied in.
In my park magazine I will not publish any obscene pictures or any inappropriate images, so my magazine doesn't break the obscene publications act.
Law 2 The Deformation Act 2013
This act states that a publisher has broken the law when it publishes content.
In my magazine I will avoid contributing the deformation act by not saying anything about the park that isn't true and will not show the park negatively.
Law 3 Copyright law
At it's heart copyright law covers the publication of content (written or image) without the permission of the auth/copyright holder.
For my magazine I will not break the copyright law by using any text or images that are copyrighted. All the pictures I will use will be my own.
Law 4 Negligent publication
Someone advertising something then the the reader/viewer tries to replicates that and gets seriously hurt or damages their property
Ethical Issues those are not covered by law for example if a fashion magazine uses real fur in a shoot some may say that this is unethical
I will make sure that it is shown that wildlife has room in the park to live and the dogs have room to run around.
Because I am taking the pictures that will be used on the magazine there will be no copyright issues also if I do use any images that I do not own I will makes sure they are from a copyright free website. For the historic photos of the park I have used images that are free to use with no copyright.
